Our Price Match Policy ensures that you receive exceptional value for your tour bookings. Here's how it works:

1. Eligibility: Our Price Match Policy applies to identical tour packages available from competitor tour operators within a specified radius of our locations. The tour package must be available for booking and meet all relevant criteria.
2. Verification: To request a price match, customers must provide proof of the lower price from the competitor, such as a current advertisement, brochure, or website link. The details of the tour package must match exactly.
3. Qualifying Criteria: The price-matched tour package must be identical in destination, duration, itinerary, inclusions, and quality to the one offered by OneDayTours. We do not match the price of the discounted or promotional codes, group rates, or special membership prices.
4. Exclusions: Our Price Match Policy does not apply to experiences that are part of limited-time promotions, flash sales, last-minute deals, or exclusive offers. We also do not match prices from auction or marketplace sites.
5. Price Adjustment: If the customer meets all eligibility criteria and provides valid verification, we will match the competitor's price at the time of booking or refund the difference if the tour was recently booked with us.
6. Competitor's Price: The competitor's price must be in the local currency and include any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price and adjust accordingly.
7. Discretion: One Day Tours Portugal reserves the right to decline a price match if it would result in a loss for the company or if the competitor's price is below our cost.
